How to request deletion
Email sdadjokegames@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
Include:
- Your in-game player name
- Your Player ID, if you can still open the app — Settings › Account
- The email address of the Google account you use to sign in to Play Games
We reply to confirm the request, then complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
What gets deleted
- Your player account and the link to your Google Play Games sign-in
- Your cloud save: level progress, stars, unlocked skins, energy
- Your leaderboard entries, display name and country
- Crash reports and analytics records tied to your player ID
What we keep
- Purchase and transaction records, retained for 7 years because tax and consumer-protection law requires it, and so we can handle refunds and fraud claims.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you or be linked back to your account.
Before you ask us to delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased skins and any remaining energy are lost and cannot be restored, including if you reinstall the game.
